The Phoenix Project is a 10-week workshop programme designed to support emotional wellbeing through creative, hands-on activities. It aims to help participants manage stress, anxiety, and negative thought patterns by encouraging mindfulness, confidence building, self-esteem, and emotional resilience in a calm and supportive environment.

The Power of Change Programme is a 12-week recovery course for women who have experienced domestic abuse. Delivered in a safe, supportive, women-only environment, the programme helps participants rebuild confidence, understand the effects of trauma, develop healthy boundaries and relationships, and strengthen emotional resilience. Through guided sessions covering topics such as self-worth, emotional regulation, communication, parenting after abuse, and safety planning, the course aims to empower women to move forward at their own pace towards greater independence and wellbeing.

Art Around the Table is a relaxed, beginner-friendly creative workshop designed for people who are new to art or want to explore their creativity in a supportive and playful environment. Using natural materials and guided activities, participants can experiment with different artistic styles, build confidence, and create a personal portfolio of work to take home. The session encourages imagination, self-expression, and connection, with all materials provided and a welcoming space for questions and exploration.
